RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our items are personalized and created upon order, returns or exchanges can only be made under the following conditions:

  • Item differs greatly from product description or advertised samples, including issues like poor print quality, distorted graphics, faded colors, or blurred patterns.

  • Defective or damaged products caused during the production process or in transit.

  • Wrong or incomplete order — receiving an incorrect item, size, color, or missing components.

  • Package lost during delivery, confirmed via tracking services.

  • Production, system, or carrier-related errors.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with an image of the shipping label

Please photograph the item on a flat surface, ensuring the defect and the product tag are clearly visible. If the issue concerns sizing or design placement, include a measuring tape or ruler in the images.
Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. Return of the defective product will not be necessary. The replacement delivery timeframe will match our standard shipping estimates.

  • Errors arising from incorrect order information provided by the customer (wrong size, color, design, or address).

  • Late delivery claims made more than 60 business days after order placement.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
